Two tracks
- Industry-linked PhD (part-time / external): For candidates with a postgraduate degree (M.E., M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc., MBA or M.A. Economics) who want to register for a part-time or external PhD at a UGC-recognised university while working full-time with us. Your research problem comes from our work, and we support your registration, including an industry co-guide where the university allows it.
- Post-doctoral / PhD holders: For candidates with a PhD in computer science, AI, economics, management or a related area, who want to work as a Post-Doctoral Fellow or Research Scientist on applied AI.
What you will do
- Work on one of our research areas: AI agents and system design, the economics of AI-run businesses, governance and security, or applied AdTech.
- Design and run studies and experiments, and write them up as working papers and journal or conference submissions.
- Turn research results into methods we use with clients.
What we look for
- A relevant postgraduate degree (PhD track) or a PhD (post-doctoral track).
- Interest in practical AI, not only theory.
- Clear written English, and the ability to explain results simply.
- Publications are a plus, not a must.
