Free operational assessment

AI Operational Diagnostic

Tell us about your business and one recurring workflow. We'll use the available evidence to identify where workflow redesign, automation and AI may create operational leverage.

Your business-impact and profile-specific answers provide context for Secular Labs' human review; they are not themselves inputs to the automated operational scoring.

How it works
01 · Describe

Your business and workflow

Answer a focused set of questions about workload, systems, handoffs, exceptions, decisions, controls and existing automation.

02 · Analyse

AI-assisted initial analysis

The assessment identifies operational friction and potential areas for automation without forcing a single generic AI-readiness score.

03 · Review

Secular Labs expert review

We review the evidence, calculations and recommendations before identifying an opportunity as actionable.

04 · Snapshot

Operational Leverage Snapshot

You receive a concise view of the strongest potential opportunities, what supports them, and what still needs validation.

Free diagnostic

The assessment is designed to take around 8–12 minutes. Strong conclusions are based on direct operational evidence; where evidence is limited, the assessment will say so.

After you submit, Secular Labs will review the initial analysis before preparing your Operational Leverage Snapshot.

Your answers are stored so we can prepare your Snapshot and follow up on it. See our privacy notice and terms.

What you receive

Operational leverage, not an AI score.

The diagnostic looks at the workflow itself — manual workload, complexity, information movement, exceptions, decisions, verification, implementation constraints and current automation.

Where the evidence supports it, the snapshot highlights potential opportunities. Where it doesn't, we'll identify what additional information is needed before recommending an automation path.

After the Snapshot

If the Snapshot finds an opportunity, the Audit measures it.

The Operational Leverage Audit, from €1,300 / $1,500, takes the workflow you assessed and measures it step by step: workload, exceptions, controls and existing automation. You get a future-state design, a benefit model with its assumptions stated, and a go / no-go decision in 10–15 working days. Your diagnostic answers carry forward.
