Software Engineer: AI-Assisted Development
A programmer who writes, reads and fixes code in a current language, and uses AI coding tools well while still understanding and owning the code.

Someone with about 3 to 4 years in software who connects AI models, tools and business data into working systems, and can change code when settings alone are not enough.

For postgraduates who want to pursue an industry-linked PhD while working with us, and for PhD holders who want to apply their research to real AI systems.
View role →We also work with faculty members, research scholars and students on autonomous AI systems, AI-native organizations, and their economics and governance. This can include:
- joint research papers and conference submissions
- industry problems and data for M.Tech, MBA and PhD projects
- research internships
- guest lectures and workshops
- Show us your work. A GitHub link, a project or a short write-up. If your past employer doesn't allow you to share code, just tell us what you built and the choices you made.
- AI tools help, but you own the result. We want people who check, test and understand what AI tools produce.
- Business needs come first. Our clients describe problems in plain words. You should be able to turn that into something that works.
