Engagements & pricing

Start free. Pay only when the evidence says it's worth it.

Every engagement follows the same ladder. Each step is fixed in scope, has a clear deliverable, and can be the last one. You never commit to a build before the numbers support it.

The engagement ladder

Four steps, each with a price and a deliverable.

StepWhat you getTimePrice
1. Free AI Operational DiagnosticAn Operational Leverage Snapshot for one workflow: top opportunities with a leverage signal and confidence level, a friction map, the indicated AI depth, and what to measure next. Downloadable as a PDF.8–12 minutes to completeFree
2. Operational Leverage AuditA decision-grade report on one workflow: measured baseline, friction map, future-state design, verification architecture, benefit model with stated assumptions, and a clear go / no-go recommendation.10–15 working days after data accessFrom $1,500, fixed fee
3. Pilot implementationOne Audit-identified workflow built and running in your environment, with verification gates, human hand-off for exceptions and a full audit trail. Measured against the Audit baseline.Typically 4–8 weeksFrom $6,000, fixed scope
4. ScaleFurther workflows on the same architecture, plus fractional AI advisory as the system and the team around it mature.OngoingMonthly, quoted after the Pilot

Prices are starting points for a single, clearly bounded workflow. The exact fee is fixed in writing before any work starts, once scope is confirmed. No hourly billing.

Step 2 in detail

The Operational Leverage Audit is where the decision gets made.

The free diagnostic shows where leverage may exist. The Audit measures it. It answers one question with evidence: is this workflow worth changing, how, and what is it worth?

You provide the evidence

A structured 10-section evidence intake covering the workflow's steps, people and time, systems and data, exceptions, controls and existing automation. Your free diagnostic answers carry forward, so you confirm or correct them rather than starting again.

We measure and design

We turn your evidence into a measured baseline (workload, cycle time, exception rate, verification burden), map where the friction sits, and design the future state step by step: what to automate, what to augment, and what must stay human.

You get a decision

A written report and a walkthrough, with the benefit model's assumptions stated and tested low, base and high. If the evidence doesn't support a change, the report says so. That is a valid result, and the Audit still stands on its own.

Commercial principles

How we keep each step honest.

Fixed fee, fixed scopeEvery paid step has a written scope, a deliverable and a fee agreed before work starts.
No obligation to continueEach step is a standalone deliverable. You can stop after the diagnostic, after the Audit, or after the Pilot.
48-hour separationIf the Audit supports implementation, the proposal for it comes as a separate document, no earlier than 48 hours after the Audit presentation. The Audit isn't shaped by what we might sell next.
Measured against your baselineA Pilot's success criteria are set from the Audit's measured baseline, not from a generic benchmark.
You stay in controlAgents never hold payment credentials or system keys, every action passes a check before it runs, and decisions that need judgement stay with your people. See How we work.
You own what we build for youBy default you own the workflow-specific deliverables; we keep our pre-existing frameworks and tooling. Confirmed in each statement of work.
Not sure where to start?

Estimate what one workflow costs you today.

The savings calculator turns headcount, time and volume into an annual cost for a single workflow, and shows a modeled range for what redesign could release. It takes a minute and needs no sign-up.

Pricing questions

What people ask before they buy.

Why is the diagnostic free?

Because it's the fastest way for both of us to see whether there's a real opportunity. It costs you 8–12 minutes and gives you a Snapshot you can use whether or not you talk to us.

What makes the Audit fee go above the starting price?

Mainly scope: the number of workflow steps, roles and systems, how many sites or entities are involved, and how much evidence needs to be reviewed. We confirm the fee in writing before you commit.

Can we skip the Audit and go straight to a Pilot?

Only if you already have a measured baseline for the workflow. Without one, a Pilot has nothing to be measured against, which is why the Audit normally comes first.

Which currency do you invoice in?

The currency and payment terms are agreed in the statement of work before any work starts.

Next step

Pick one workflow. We'll tell you if it's worth changing.

Run the free diagnostic on it, or talk it through with us first. We're meeting in Munich and Frankfurt this October, and on video any time.
